JOINT OIL is a registered trade name of the JOINT EXPLORATION, EXPLOITATION and PETROLEUM SERVICES COMPANY which is equally owned by the Lybian Company “OLA Energy holdings Ltd (OLA)” and the Tunisian Company “Entreprise Tunisienne des Activités Pétrolières” (ETAP). The company was established on 08/08/1988 through the Establishment Agreement signed between The State of Libya and the State of Tunisia, outlining the terms of the joint venture between the two countries.
