Our company stands as the result of a strategic partnership among industry leaders: OLA Energy (OLA) and the Entreprise Tunisienne d'Activités Pétrolières (ETAP) of Tunisia. Formed on August 1988, under the Establishment Agreement between the State of Libya and the Republic of Tunisia, Joint Oil exemplifies collaborative exploration, exploitation and premium petroleum services at the forefront of the energy sector.
