General Assembly Members
Four (4) General Assembly Members: Two (2) representing each corporation/state. The meetings of GA shall be presided over by a member thereof by turn between both sides for a period of three (3) years.
Board Members
The Joint Oil Board of Directors (BOD) consists of six (6) members, with three (3) representing ETA and the other three (3) representing OLA (the owners). The BOD members are chosen by the General Assembly of each owner. The Board then selects a chairman and vice-chairman from its members, with the positions being rotated between representatives of each owner.
