General Assembly Members
Four (4) General Assembly Members : Two (2) representing each corporation/state. The meetings of GA shall be presided over by a member thereof by turn between both sides for a period of three (3) years.
Board Members
The Board of Directors is composed of Six (6) members, Three (3) representing each corporation to be selected by the General Assembly from nominees of each corporation. The Board selects from its members a chairman and vice-chairman to be rotated between representatives of each corporation on a turn basis during the membership period.
