On 27/8/2008, the company has signed a new EPSA related to the “7^th of November” Block with Canadian Superior Energy Inc. as an Operator. The EPSA is augmented with a Swap Agreement by which Joint Oil acquired a 3% overriding royalty in the Mariner Block owned by the Canadian company.
